As usual, I feel that I'm behind--just getting around to this assignment. I'm going to keep it short for now. I'll try to add a picture to show my two pups. Thunder is the shepherd mix; Cole is a retired greyhound. Both are 6 years old. Thunder and I are registered Pet Partners (therapy dogs). We visit at St. Joe's on Thursday evenings.

Hi Irene,
I did therapy dog training with my dog (an Aussie) but then we never did the work. I still think about getting recertified. People really respond to Maya (and she loves the attention).

A true two dog mom. We have a car, but dearly want a dog when we retire. My wife and I hate to leave dogs alone all day and two dogs is more than we want.
Dog in coat with deflated pumpkin?
Not a deflated pumpkin--it's a stuffed toy (his favorite). Most greyhounds like their "stuffies." My backyard usually looks like a stuffed animal graveyard. Cole is good at taking his toys outside but not bringing them in.
